Qualitas Group’s first real estate investment vehicle dedicated to the development of affordable Build-to-Rent assets in the Madrid region. The asset portfolio was sold to insurer AXA in May 2020, being the most relevant BtR housing transaction by asset volume executed in Spain to date.
