The Qualitas Group fund has acquired the project being developed by developer Ingescasa and plans to invest 17 million euros.

More wood for residential rental. The Q-Living investment fund has acquired a 110-home build-to-rent project in Cañaveral (Madrid) in which it plans to invest 17 million euros.

Ingescasa, the construction company, is in charge of promoting the project. The development will be aimed at affordable rentals and the homes are expected to be on the market in the second half of 2023, according to El Economista.

The complex will have a swimming pool and sports area, and one- to three-bedroom apartments. The fund created by Qualitas Group aims to invest 200 million euros over the next five years in the affordable rental market in Madrid.

So far, the vehicle has already started four developments, located in the neighborhood of El Cañaveral and in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), totaling more than 250 homes. The company is also committed to buildings with almost zero energy demand, which are also covered by energy from renewable sources.
